Yes, there is ample parking available at Heronswood. Please follow the signs for wedding guest parking and instructions from the parking attendants when you arrive.

The Ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30 pm. To ensure you have aanstress-free experience, we kindly ask that you arrive at the venue with ample time to park and get comfortably seated.

We recommend arriving 15-20 minutes before the ceremony begins to ensure you find your seat and have time to mingle.

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your invitation. Thank you for understanding.

To find out the number of guests included on your invitation, please follow these steps:

1. Visit our wedding website and select the RSVP tab.

2. Type your name and when your name appears, click "yes, continue."

3. Under "Number in Party," you will see the total number of guests allowed with your invitation.

Please know that the number in your party has your children included.

Yes, children are welcome! However, due to space limitations, we can only accommodate the children who are included in your invitation. Thank you for understanding.

Both the ceremony and reception will be held outdoors. As it will be October in Washington State, the weather can be quite unpredictable and might get chilly. Please dress appropriately and consider bringing a jacket or wrap to stay comfortable.

We strongly recommend avoiding the Ferry due to its unreliability and unpredictability. Driving through the narrows bridge has been the easiest for us.
